REIKI

Reiki means Universal Energy. This energy is always within us and is contained in our energy body. The energy body is the force that builds the physical body.

A perfect balance between our energy body and physical body will result in a balanced YOU. Reiki was founded by Sensei Mikao Usui of Japan.

Reiki removes byosen and activates your body's healing process. It works well with all other healing methods and is known as complementary healing therapy. It helps alleviate pain and stress and brings about peace and relaxation. It is as gentle as a Mother's touch and therefore very calming. People are known to have sound sleep both during and after a Reiki session as it gives instant stress release, inner peace and serenity.

Some clients may experience any of the following sensations :
Heat or coolness, tingling, feel energy move through the body, floating or sinking sensation, colours, old memories resurfacing, twitching, emotional release. Some may even experience resurfacing of an old pain - which soon disappears.

Treatment session - one hour.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

All discussions with clients will be kept strictly confidential. No physical contact is made to the face, throat, chest ( women ), genitals or any other area you may request.

Please note that all medical treatments the client is taking should be continued unless otherwise advised by your GP.
